Shipping Policy - Temp Closing General

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the contiguous 48 states (AK & HI residents; contact us!) 
• Orders ship out every Tuesday & Thursday at 10 AM EST, unless stated otherwise as a "SHIPPING NOTE" on the website banner.  
• ACTIVE SHIPPING NOTE: we are closed for the holidays from Dec 16 - Jan 2. We have a small team that ships out packages from our office in NYC. If you have any URGENT shipping requests, let us know when placing the order and we'll try our best to accommodate! 
• Tracking information will be sent to your email when we start working on your order and will be picked up the same day.
• Expect your Yondu to arrive between 1 - 4 days after shipping depending on your distance from New York. We use "UPS Ground" shipping from our Culinary Studio in New York City (zip code: 10038).
• Same-day pick-up available in NYC at Yondu Culinary Studio (weekdays only).  
• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or outside of the U.S. currently.
